About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager with extensive experience in logistics operations and strong coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will oversee administrative functions, ensure smooth office operations, and support cross-departmental workflow within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and administrative procedures.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise and support office staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Logistics Support: Collaborate with operations teams to streamline documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement administrative best practices.
- Vendor & Client Liaison: Manage relationships with service providers and support client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in administrative management, preferably in logistics.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern office management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
