About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager with extensive experience in logistics operations and strong coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will oversee administrative functions, ensure smooth office operations, and support cross-departmental workflow within a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and administrative procedures.
  • Staff Coordination: Supervise and support office staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Logistics Support: Collaborate with operations teams to streamline documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement administrative best practices.
  • Vendor & Client Liaison: Manage relationships with service providers and support client communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in administrative management, preferably in logistics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern office management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
